Ghanaian Dancehall artist, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has thrown his support behind Sammy Gyamfi after the politician’s brouhaha with Nana Agradaa.
He slammed Ghanaians for dragging the Acting Cqhief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board over his kind gesture towards Nana Agradaa, which was captured in a video and went viral.
In a Facebook post, Shatta Wale revealed that Sammy Gyamfi’s generosity started not today, claiming that the politician has helped many people behind the scenes, even before he became a politician.
According to him, Sammy Gyamfi has been helping the streets for a very long time, so Ghanaians should stop insinuating that the politician has been using the state’s money.
He warned Ghanaians not to drag the politician over something they don’t have enough information about.
He wrote, “Do you all know when Sammy Gyamfi started helping the streets… all of you should shut up and leave the young man alone if you don’t know about someone’s humble beginnings… We like tarnishing people’s image too much. Coming live soon you all”.
