The Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party, Mr Bernard Antwi Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has sent a strong warning to the Flagbearer Aspirant of NPP, Hon Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to stop attacking and threatening him else he will have him arrested
According to him, he has been attacking party leaders since he began his campaign and has cautioned him to be careful of his utterances because he will not fall a victim to the threats that led Ahmed Suali to his death which will not be taken lightly by him (Wontumi) if he extends it to him.
He said it will be better for Kennedy Agyapong to focus on the policies he has laid out to help sell himself to the delegates who will be voting on 4th November 2023 than to attack and insult party leaders which is gradually spoiling his chances as a Flagbearer for the party
He made this known during a Press Conference he held to address the improvement of the just ended voters registration and the current storm in the NPP Party. He added that, it is human to agree and disagree as party members so there is the need to come together and win to break the 8 as a party.
