The National Chairman of the ruling National Democratic Congress, Hon. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah on Friday, 17th January 2026, as part of his nationwide “Thank You Tour”, paid a courtesy visit to the good people of Dormaa West Constituency to express his heartfelt appreciation for the overwhelming support and massive votes recorded in the 7th December 2024 General Elections.
Addressing Nananom, party executives and faithful supporters, the Chairman General commended the constituency for its unwavering loyalty to the NDC. He stressed the urgent need to retain our hardworking and people-centred Member of Parliament, Hon. Vincent Oppong Asamoah, in the 2028 elections, citing the visible and tremendous development currently taking place across the district under his leadership.
Hon. Johnson Asiedu Nketia further applauded the sacrifices and dedication of party executives, urging party faithful to stand solidly behind them, as their hard work was instrumental in securing victory for the party.
He encouraged members to remain hopeful and united, assuring them that everyone will benefit from the dividends of good governance under the NDC.
In his remarks, the hardworking MP for Dormaa West, Hon. Vincent Oppong Asamoah, reaffirmed his commitment to working in unity with the District Chief Executive to accelerate development and improve the living standards of the people of Dormaa West.
