Deputy Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Tema West Constituency, Loretta Nana Hemaa Nhyira Frimpong, marked her birthday in a special way by celebrating with children at the New Life Nungua Children’s Home.
Nana Hemaa shared moments of joy with the children and presented a variety of essential items, including bags of rice, sugar, fruits, toiletries, bread, and toffees, among others.
Speaking during the presentation, she expressed her gratitude to God for granting her another year of life. She explained that instead of celebrating privately with family and friends, she chose to spend the day with the children at the orphanage as a gesture of love and compassion.
“I decided to celebrate with these wonderful children because I will always be a mother to the motherless. Life is about humanity, and we must remember that no one can predict the future of these children,” she said.
Nana Hemaa’s act of kindness brought smiles to the faces of the children and staff of the home, who expressed their appreciation for her thoughtful gesture and continued support.
