The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Mr. Eric Adjei, has extended financial support to traders affected by the recent Sampa Market fire outbreak which occurred on September 9, 2025.
In a compassionate effort to help victims rebuild their businesses and livelihoods, Mr. Adjei presented GH¢5,000 each to twenty affected traders, amounting to a total of GH¢100,000. This intervention forms part of his commitment to ensuring that entrepreneurs and small business operators receive the necessary assistance to recover from unforeseen disasters that threaten their economic activities.
Speaking at a brief ceremony to present the support, Mr. Adjei expressed his heartfelt sympathy to the victims and pledged his continuous assistance. He reaffirmed NEIP’s dedication to empowering entrepreneurs and promoting business sustainability across the country, noting that entrepreneurship remains a key driver of national development.
The beneficiaries expressed profound gratitude to Mr. Adjei for the timely intervention, describing the gesture as a significant relief in the wake of their losses.
This support from the NEIP CEO underscores not only compassion but also a strong commitment to the growth and resilience of businesses within the Jaman North District and beyond.
