The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced the release of the 2025 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.
In a directive signed by the Acting Deputy Director-General (Q&A), Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, GES instructed all Regional Directors of Education to notify District Directors and Heads of schools of the placement release.
According to the statement, admissions must strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. It cautioned that no school is permitted to admit students outside the official placement without prior written approval from GES.
Students placed are expected to report to their respective schools on October 18, 2025. Heads of schools have also been directed to ensure smooth registration in line with guidelines provided.
GES warned that any infractions, including unauthorised admissions, will attract administrative sanctions. Regional and District Directors have therefore been tasked to provide supervisory support to guarantee full compliance.
The statement further stressed that the cooperation of all stakeholders is vital to ensuring a transparent, fair, and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year.
