Hon. Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, Member of Parliament for Salaga South, joined board members of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) at the Africa Oil Week (AOW) celebration, which also coincided with the launch of GNPC’s 40th anniversary.
The event featured a major highlight as Mr. Kwame Ntow Amoah, CEO of GNPC, assumed the presidency of the African Petroleum Producers Association (APPA), further cementing Ghana’s leadership role in Africa’s energy sector.
The APPA-AOW activities were preceded by an official dinner at the Presidency, graced by the Vice President, while President John Dramani Mahama officially launched the anniversary celebrations at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra.
