The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) has commenced a five-day Training of Trainers workshop under the Adwumawura Programme.
The workshop brings together Innovation Hubs, University Innovation Centers, Training Consultants, Academics, and other selected training partners from across the country. Participants were chosen following field assessments of their facilities.
According to NEIP, the exercise forms a critical part of the Adwumawura Programme’s implementation, aimed at equipping training partners with the necessary knowledge and instructional modules to deliver the curriculum effectively.

Day One Highlights
On the opening day, trainers were introduced to core entrepreneurship modules covering:
- Personal leadership and core life skills
- Productivity and personal effectiveness
- Goal setting and personal vision
- Ethical decision-making
They also explored additional areas such as:
- Personal branding and identity
- Resilience and ethical considerations
- Sources of entrepreneurial stress
- Work-life balance
- Stress management
- Stages of mental wellness
Participants expressed excitement about the insights gained so far and looked forward to an impactful learning experience in the days ahead.
