The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has announced a partnership with Buzstopboys, a volunteer group dedicated to promoting environmental cleanliness and sustainable practices.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the DVLA has pledged to register, free of charge, all cars and motorcycles used by Buzstopboys in their operations.
Additionally, the Authority will train members of the group in the safe use of their equipment to enhance road safety.
Buzstopboys, since its establishment, has been at the forefront of community clean-up exercises and public education against indiscriminate littering. Their work focuses on ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly environment.
The DVLA stated that such collaborations are crucial to building a sustainable society that meets the needs of citizens while ensuring road and environmental safety.
The initiative was officially announced on Monday, August 25, 2025.
