Dormaahene Chairs Reconstituted UENR Governing Council

Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Dr. Agyeman Badu II, President of the Bono Regional House of Chiefs and Paramount Chief of the Dormaa Traditional Area, has been appointed as the Chairman of the reconstituted Governing Council of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in Sunyani.

As leader of both the Dormaa Traditional Council and the Bono Regional House of Chiefs, his appointment reflects a blend of traditional authority and strategic leadership, expected to guide the university’s governance, development, and academic growth.

His chairmanship marks a significant moment for UENR, as it aligns the institution more closely with traditional leadership and regional development priorities.
