MP for Salaga-South Donates 120 Metal Mono Desks to Salaga Senior High School

The Member of Parliament for the Salaga-South Constituency, Hon. Hajia Zuwera Ibrahimah, has donated 120 metal mono desks to Salaga Senior High School in a bid to support quality education and improve the learning environment in the constituency.

The presentation was made in collaboration with staff from the Municipal Education Directorate and the Municipal Chief Executive. The donation forms part of the MP’s ongoing efforts to address infrastructure and furniture deficits facing schools in the area.

Speaking during a brief ceremony at the school, Hon. Hajia Zuwera emphasised her commitment to promoting education as a key tool for development. She expressed hope that the desks would go a long way in enhancing teaching and learning at the school.

Receiving the donation, the headmaster of Salaga Senior High School, Mr. Issahaku Mahama Albertus, expressed their gratitude to the MP for the timely intervention and support.

The Assistant Municipal Director in charge of Planning, Mr. Iddi Ibrahim Tahiru, who represented the Municipal Director of Education, also commended the MP for her consistent contributions to the education sector and called on other stakeholders to emulate her example.
