In an exclusive interview on Channel One News on Friday, April 25, he confirmed his intention to file for nominations
According to him, party members have encouraged him to serve the party in that capacity.
Reiterating his commitment to the party’s ideals, Asante emphasised his loyalty and willingness to serve
“For now, there have been calls. It is a call to serve, and anytime the party needs my services, I will not deny it. Surely I will contest when nominations are ready,” he stated.
