The chief executive officer (C.E.O) of Madina Job center in greater Accra , Mrs. Priscilla Naa Aklerh brief the media that this Job Center has been working to empower the youth Since 24th November, 2019 when it was launched.
She added that since 2019 till date 15 projects has been made and it’s has impacted over 7,000 lives across the country.
Mrs. Priscilla Naa Aklerh indicate that the vocational module is designed to equip the young once across the country, through this training, participates will receive quality education which will equip them with practicals, hands on skills that are in demand in today’s job market.
She further said through this module they will receive quality training that will prepare them to excel in their chosen fields within six months, one year and two years period.
She highlighted that they are not going to to learn only hand work as the Akan’s people say (Esano Adwuma) but also they will go through entrepreneurial, soft skill development programs which will enable them to no how to keep Their books, how to market, how to brand yourself, and even how to use AI tools in their daily life activity.
She moreover added that as today we are matriculating for fashion design, glass fabrication, carpentry and hairdresser etc.
She urge the matriculants that they should embrace these modules, invest in their own future by being committed and work with them on this journey to success she added
