Established Contract Farming To Help Boost Agribusiness In Ghana-CEO Kumah Farms

The establishment of contract farming will help boost agribusiness in Ghana and also improve the livelihoods of the farmers.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with the CEO of Kumah, Nana Kwaku Siaw I said farmers goes through alot of challenges in agric inputs.

The establishment of the contract farming will boost farmer confidence and get cyros for farmers to store their products.

According to him, the government must put things in place to ensure that all agriculture products being scale in our market square to standard pricing in our market space.

Ghanaian farmers are going through alot both harvest season and non harvest season.

Products which is meant for free and should be given to farmers for free but is being sold in the market even though is boldly written Agro Comet not for sale yet is openly on sale.

Nana Kwaku Siaw I was optimistic that if the President H.E.John Dramani Mahama declared state of emergency on menace of galamsey operations.

According to him, by so doing will help safeguard our farm lands and water bodies.

The galamsey menace are not indigenes of Ghana but rather from our neighbouring countries such as Guinea, Mali and Burkina Faso.
