Spiritual Churches Council Supports Chief Imam with Food Donation During Ramadan

In a profound gesture of unity and compassion, N’akoa Prophet Nazareth Jamson Ansah, the Spiritual Leader of the Prophets and Spiritual Churches Council, Ghana, has donated food items to the National Chief Imam, His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Nuhu Osmanu Sharubutu, and the entire Muslim community.

The donation, which included bags of rice, boxes of Lipton tea, and boxes of sugar, aims to support Muslims during the sacred month of Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer, and reflection.

Addressing the gathering, Prophet Nazareth Jamson Ansah emphasized the importance of sharing, especially during Ramadan. He expressed admiration for Islam’s emphasis on generosity, stating, “In this holy month of Ramadan, those who have must share with those who do not. One of the things I admire about Islam is the opportunity to give.”

He further noted that Allah has granted believers the gift of Ramadan as an opportunity to practice spiritual endurance, a vital trait for overcoming life’s challenges.

The donation event was attended by key figures from the Spiritual Churches Council and leaders of the Israel King of the Jews Church, underscoring interfaith unity and cooperation.

Speaking on behalf of the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shaib expressed gratitude for the donation, assuring that the food items would be distributed to Muslims in various communities.
