The Special Prosecutor has declared former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta wanted in connection with the SML deal and National Cathedral disbursements, among other cases.
Addressing a press conference in Accra on Wednesday, February 12, Kissi Agyebeng, Special Prosecutor, said Ofori-Atta is required to report to the office to assist with investigations into alleged corruption and financial malfeasance.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office has been investigating various deals and transactions involving Ofori-Atta during his tenure as Finance Minister.
