Abronye DC must account for all the monies he received for the 2024 general elections – Bono NPP members

Sections of the opposition New Patriotic Party, NPP, in the Bono Region has called for account on resources received for the Bono Region by their Regional Chairman, Kwame Baffoe Abronye.

According to a rumour, a whopping amount of Gh₵200,000 was allocated to each constituency in the Bono Region for operational works prior to the 2024 general elections but a paltry amount of Gh₵50,000 was rather given to each constituency by Abronye.

An undisclosed source alleged that Kwame Baffoe Abronye, who, cannot account for such huge monies received on behalf of the twelve constituencies finds it difficult to respond to the growing demand of the rank and file of the NPP within the Bono Region.
