The speaker of parliament of Ghana, right Honourable speaker Hon. Alban Somana Kingsford Bagbin has declared the four MPs seat vacant thereby declaring that the NDC as the majority in parliament.
By the declaration of the speaker, Hon. Attorney Carsiel Forson is the majority leader.
