Kwabena Agyapong, a Senior Campaign Aide to New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has called for measures to address the wastages in Ghana.
This he believes should be done by dealing with the squandering of state funds by officials of government and public servants.
“We have to erase the spirit of chop chop from our politics. There are too many wastages in Ghana and that has to end,” Kwabena Agyapong said during an interview on ‘Ekosii sen’ on Asempa FM on Monday, August 26.
In the interview, Kwabena Agyapong opined that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is struggling to campaign because of the vibrant policies of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
He said, “The election of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has really disarmed the NDC. The campaign is becoming extremely difficult for them.”
According to Mr. Agyapong, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will be a very good president for Ghana.
He insisted that the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government has outperformed the past Mahama government in all sectors.
He has appealed to the Ghanaian electorates to vote for the NPP flagbearer in the 2024 general election.
