The Bono Regional Women’s Wing of the NDC has expressed profound gratitude to their National Chairman for his unwavering support since assuming office. The Chairman, affectionately referred to as “Chairman General,” has significantly bolstered the wing’s operations through various contributions, ranging from capacity building initiatives to the provision of essential logistics.
In a recent interview with MasemTvGh.com, following the donation of 12 motorcycles to all constituency women organizers in the region, the Regional Women’s Organizer, Hajia Abubakar Fati, shared her appreciation for the Chairman’s consistent backing. She highlighted that this latest gesture, alongside his personal donation of a brand new pickup vehicle to the regional women’s wing, is a testament to his commitment to the empowerment and active participation of women in the party’s activities.
“Chairman General has demonstrated in many ways that, in recapturing power, the role of women cannot be written off,” Hajia Abubakar Fati remarked. She went on to emphasize the significance of these contributions in enhancing the effectiveness of the women’s wing, which plays a crucial role in grassroots mobilization and party organization.
