The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially announced the launch of its highly anticipated 2024 Manifesto, scheduled for this weekend. The event will take place at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Auditorium of the University of Education, Winneba, in the Central Region on Saturday, 24th August 2024, starting at 12 noon.
This landmark event is expected to draw significant attention as it will unveil the NDC’s comprehensive plan and vision for Ghana ahead of the upcoming general elections. The Flagbearer of the NDC, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, will be the Special Guest of Honour, leading the charge as the party outlines its strategic goals for the nation’s future.
In addition to H.E. John Mahama, the event will be graced by key figures within the party, including members of the National Executive Committee, the Council of Elders, Members of Parliament, and Parliamentary Candidates. Distinguished guests from various sectors, such as the Diplomatic Corps, the Clergy, Traditional Leaders (“Nananom”), Civil Society Organizations, Academia, Labour Organizations, and the Creative Arts, will also be in attendance, reflecting the broad base of support and interest in the NDC’s vision.
The manifesto launch will feature speeches from various party leaders and experts who will address the nation on critical thematic areas of the NDC’s transformational vision. This vision aims to reset and build a Ghana that aligns with the aspirations of its people, promising a new direction for the country under the leadership of the NDC.
