VIDEO: Dormaahene Hails John Mahama as the “King of Infrastructure” at Mɛko Bono Homecoming 2024

At the M3K) Bono Homecoming 2024 Grand Durbar, held in the vibrant city of Techiman, Bono East Region, Dormaahene Osagyefo Agyemang Badu II delivered a powerful endorsement of former President John Mahama, hailing him as the “King of Infrastructure.” During his speech, Dormaahene highlighted several monumental projects that stand as testaments to Mahama’s leadership in infrastructure development. Among these are the iconic Pokuase Interchange, the expansive Motorway Expansion Project, and the transformative Central Markets in Kumasi and Cape Coast.

The Dormaahene emphasized that these projects are not just symbols of progress but are concrete evidence of Mahama’s commitment to elevating the country’s infrastructure to world-class standards. “When it comes to infrastructure,” Dormaahene declared, “John Mahama is the face of development in Ghana.”

His address didn’t stop at praise for Mahama. Dormaahene Osagyefo Agyemang Badu II made a fervent call for unity among the chiefs of the Bono, Ahafo, and Bono East regions. He urged them to set aside any differences and work collectively towards the development of their regions, highlighting the importance of collaboration in driving progress.

The M3K) Bono Homecoming event, which drew participants from all corners of the Bono East Region, was an opportunity for cultural celebration and reflection on the region’s progress. Dormaahene’s remarks resonated deeply with the audience, many of whom expressed their support for his call to unity and development.
