Dr. Amoako Baah , a former head of the Political Science Department at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and leading member of NPP has delivered a strong critique of the Akufo-Addo administration.
He accused the government of pervasive corruption and expressed that there is no sign of remorse from those in power.
In response to recent revelations by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa regarding alleged corruption involving ambulance spare parts, Dr. Amoako Baah placed the blame squarely on President Akufo-Addo for the ongoing corrupt practices within the government.
In an interview with TV3, Dr. Amoako Baah issued a public apology to Ghanaians for his role in supporting Akufo-Addo’s election as president.
“I apologize to Ghanaians for working to elect Akufo-Addo as president,” he stated.
