Direct Your Frustrations Elsewhere – NDC’s James Agbey Accuses Anyidoho of Seeking Mahama’s Attention

An operative of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) James Agbey has cautioned a former Deputy General Secretary of the party, Koku Anyidoho to stop his verbal attacks on former President John Dramani Mahama.

James Agbey accused Anyidoho of harboring hatred for the flagbearer of the NDC hence his never-ending outburst against him.

“Koku Anyidoho in his usual mercenary ways and his predilection for betraying the truth attempted to cause commotion at the wreath laying event for the late president. To say Koku Anyidoho has gone off his rocker is an understatement,” he said in a statement.

The statement added “For eight long agonizing years, Koku has been on the heels of the former president and the 2024 NDC flagbearer, John Mahama and the entire membership of the NDC.

“He acted and spoke as though he was God: above reproach, and above the law. Koku Anyidoho played games with the NDC for his political profiteering agenda. He destroyed and desecrated everything the former President built.

“Koku has continued to behave like a small child who broke all his toys in a fit of pique, then complains they don’t work anymore.”

As a longstanding Operative for the NDC, let me sound this warning to Koku, if he’s so sick and needs medical attention, he should proceed to Ankaful Psychiatric facility for help, or better still he should take his frustration out on his paymasters, or he should be ready to dance to the tune of his own music,” the statement stressed.

Koku Anyidoho recently dared Mr Mahama to accept the challenge thrown by his counterpart in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia for a presidential debate ahead of the 2024 general elections.

Koku says he will organise a ‘no debate, no presidency’ demonstration if Mr Mahama does not accept the challenge.

“For now, it is John Mahama’s aides/cult worshipers who are saying he would not participate in any debate.

“I am waiting for JM himself to be bold and say to the hearing of Ghanaians that he would not participate in a debate & I will lead a massive ‘No Debate, No Presidency’ demonstration,” he wrote on his X platform.
