In a significant gesture of support and empowerment, Sammy Gyamfi, Esq., earlier today donated 18 motorbikes to the hardworking Constituency Communication Officers (CCOs) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Volta Region. This donation aims to enhance the mobility and effectiveness of the CCOs in disseminating the party’s messages across the region.
The event was marked by the presence and warm reception from key figures of the NDC Regional Executive body. The esteemed attendees included the Volta Regional Chairman, Comrade Mawutor Agbavitor, Regional Secretary, Comrade James Gunu, and the Regional Communications Officer, Kafui Agbleze, along with his deputy. All 18 CCOs expressed their gratitude for the much-needed support.
Sammy Gyamfi emphasized the importance of the motorbikes in boosting the operational capacity of the communication officers, ensuring that the party’s messages reach every corner of the region. “It’s my hope that these motorbikes will enhance the mobility of our hardworking CCOs and enable them to disseminate the messages of the party effectively in every nook and cranny of the region, for a resounding victory come December 7, 2024,” Gyamfi stated.
He also extended his heartfelt appreciation to H.E. John Dramani Mahama, the former president and the NDC’s presidential candidate for the upcoming election, for his continuous support. Gyamfi expressed confidence in Mahama’s leadership and the collective efforts of the party members to secure a victory in the December elections.
