The inauguration of the NDC UK-IRELAND Chapter’s Coventry branch on Saturday, July 13th, was not only a celebration of expansion but also an opportunity to highlight the importance of empowering skills among members. Chairman Connrad Dumbah, addressing the attendees, emphasized the role of empowering skills in building a strong and effective party. He highlighted communication skills, problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, resilience, self-awareness, and assertiveness as key attributes that can help members feel confident, capable, and in control of their lives and contributions to the party.
National Deputy General Secretary Mr. Mustapha Gbande underscored the importance of these skills in navigating the challenges of political engagement and activism.
