NDC Challenges AG Dame’s Allegations Against Minority Leader Forson: Demands Evidence or Retraction

Godfred Dame’s claim that Hon. Ato Forson met him to plead with him to drop the ongoing case against him is nothing but sheer desperation.

A drowning man will clutch to straws, and that is what Dame the pathetic liar has been reduced to.

The dishonorable Attorney General has no video evidence of the Minority Leader pleading with him to drop his trump up charges which are falling like a pack of cards by the day.

The NDC hereby dares Godfred Dame to publish his video evidence in the next 24-hours if he has balls.

The grave issue at stake is about the 3rd Accused person, calling out the AG in open court for coercing and impressing upon him through phone calls and several meetings at odd hours, to falsify his testimony to implicate the Minority Leader.

This damning revelation is part of the court’s record of proceedings for today.

It is instructive to note, that the AG could not deny or dispute this testimony of the 3rd accused in court.

The damning revelation referenced above is not the same as a mere allegation by a devious and unscrupulous Attorney-General intended to throw a red-herring into this very serious discussion.

Dame’s disgraceful conduct is unethical and unprofessional as it breaches rule 13, 40 and 54 of the LEGAL PROFESSION (PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND ETIQUETTE) RULES 2020 (L.I 2423).

More importantly, Dame’s shameful conduct amounts to Fabrication of Evidence and constitutes an offense under sections 213 and 214 of the Criminal and Other Offenses Act, 1960 (ACT 29).

Coming events, they say cast their shadow. Godfred Dame will not get away with this one. His cup is full.
