Fomer NDC Parliamentary Candidate for the Awutu Senya West Constituency, Madam Georgina Dadson has indicated that John Mahama and Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang ticket for the impending 2024 election is the best for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to win election 2024.
According to her, Professor Naana Jane opoku Agyemang partnering John mahama is a good call to fertile the election grounds for a smooth victory for the umbrella fraternity.
In an interview with ITV during the launch of Awutu Senya East Constituency (NDC) Door- to-Door Campaign for election 2024, Madam Georgina Dadson stated that Mahama-Jane Naana Pair is the best bet for the NDC.
“John and Jane ticket is nothing but the best.I’m happy that Jane is partnering John mahama, looking at Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, her records are unmatched”
“Just recently, the political scene of the country was set ablaze by official unveiling of Professor Naana Jane opoku Agyemang as the running mate of the Flagbearer of NDC John mahama. As a follower of the media I’ve not heard anyone saying something unwarranted about her renomination. Jane is coming for all especially we the women who Wanted to aspire higher in the various endeavors of academic pursuit.”
She stressed that, Prof. Naana Jane opoku Agyemang has achieved alot in life and her credentials ought to be a learning curve for all especially ladies of this generation.
“If you look at Prof Jane, she started her career as a scholar, a distinguished scholar. She has walked through all the education huddles from dean of a department to vice chancellor. The first woman vice chancellor in Ghana. Now where she has gotten to in life including her children, its a clear indication that she’s coming for all and not family and friends government we are witnessing under Akuffo Addo/Dr Bawumia administration.
She underscored the significance of the door to door campaign in the Awutu Senya East Constituency, affirming that the rationale is to propagate the Gospel of good works of John mahama and what he intends to do in the next NDC administration.
She urged the rank and file of the party to begin doing door to door campaign in order for the NDC to recapture power in this year’s Elections.
She reiterated that the new patriotic Party (NPP) has lost the trust of Ghanaians because the government has woefully failed to fulfill it’s campaign promises.
“Ghanaians are experiencing untold economic hardships and can’t afford 3 square meal. It’s high time the masses compare and contrast the reign of both NDC and NPP over the years and it will be crystal clear that the NDC has performed creditably.
Mrs Georgina Dadson was optimistic that the NDC will win the 2024 Elections, therefore party members of various constituencies should work assiduously in order for the party to recapture power.
