Hon. Dr. Clement Apaak, MP, BUILSA SOUTH Launches Youth In Apprenticeship Program

The 29th day of March, 2024, was indeed considered as one of the happiest days for constituents of Builsa South as 113 young Men and Women were offered the opportunity to be trained in ten (10) different trade disciplines which includes; hairdressing, dressmaking, welding and fabrication, carpentering & Joining, auto mechanics, air conditioning and fridge repairs, mansonry and vulganizing.

The Beneficiaries were provided with training tools and equipments valued over GHS 150,000.00 with cost of training being GHS 64,330.00 already paid to the master trainers by the Hon. Apaak. Addressing his audience , the Hon. Dr. Clement Abasinab Apaak reiterated his desire as an accomplished educationist to provide the needed support to constituents in all spheres of life and not to give priority attention to only formal education seekers to the disadvantage of other areas of life.


The Builsa South Law Maker further disclosed that the instant intervention is coming on the back of others including financial supports to about 236 students last year.

 

The auspicious event which was well attended by constituents was equally graced by the following Regional Executives and stalwarts: Mr Ibrahim Mutawakilo (Reg Orga) , Jonathan Abdalllah Salifu (Reg Comm Officer) , Mad, Fawzia Abagnama Yakubu (Reg Women Org),Mr Martin Aka-ere Ayamga(Bolga Central Chairman) and (Mr Rolanda Ayorogo), member of the reg working committee.
