NDC Savannah Region Boosts Communication Team with Car Donation at Inaugural Workshop

In a significant move towards enhancing its communication prowess, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Savannah Regional Communication Bureau conducted its inaugural capacity-building workshop on Sunday, March 10, 2024. Led by the proficient leadership of Hon John Abdulai Jinapor, Member of Parliament for Yapei/Kusawgu and Chairman of the Communications Committee, and Hon Hajia Zuwera Ibrahimah, Vice Chairperson, the workshop aimed to equip members with essential skills for effective representation across various media platforms.

The workshop saw the participation of constituency communication officers, deputy communication officers, selected constituency communicators, social media communicators, executives of the Savannah Regional Tertiary Education Institution Network (TEIN), and regional executives. Distinguished speakers, including Hon Joyce Mugtari Bawah Esq, National Communication Officer, and Hon Sammy Gyamfi Esq, Deputy National Communication Officer, delivered enlightening presentations on effective communication strategies.

Highlighting the commitment to bolstering the Savannah Regional Communication Bureau’s operations, Hon John Abdulai Jinapor presented a brand new Mitsubishi L200 Pick-Up, while the Savannah regional branch of the professional forum donated an HP laptop computer. These contributions aim to enhance logistical support for the bureau’s activities.

Expressing gratitude to the contributors and attendees, the bureau pledged to utilize the provided resources effectively to ensure a decisive victory for the NDC in the upcoming December 2024 elections. The acquired knowledge will be instrumental in addressing the challenges faced by Ghana under the current administration.

Notable attendees included former Minister for Agriculture Hon Alhaji Mohammed Muniru Limuna, parliamentary candidate for Damongo constituency Hon Adam Mutawakilu, and representatives of S/R Proforum led by Mr. Iddisah Amankwa, among others.
