As one of the resource persons for our recently held two-day communication workshop, Mr. Benjamin Quarshie,Chairman of Council of elders,NDC-South Africa underscored the need for communicators to be equiped with the needed logistics to enhance their operations and made a solemn pledge to support Ashanti NDC communications with 100 Hi-Tech phones.
Chairman Benjamin Quarshie delivered on his promise to the Ashanti Regional Communications Bureau weeks thereafter.
And yesterday,a ceremony was held were all 47 constituency communication officers received a phone each.
Also,20 regional communication team members,20 members from the regional serial callers group and 10 social media communicators were give phones to aid their communication activities.
On their part, beneficiary communicators expressed profound appreciation to Chairman Quarshie for this kind gesture.
They promised to put the phones received to good use and double up their efforts on the communication front so that together we can improve the approval ratings of the NDC and achieve the objective of winning the 2024 elections from the Ashanti Region.
Present at the occassion was the Ashanti Regional Chairman Augustus Andrews,the Ashanti Regional Communications Officer,Abass Nurudeen and the Deputy Regional Communications Officer Mr.Amo Kamel.
