Electoral Commission Is A Threat To Ghana’s Democracy  –  Inusah Fuseini 

The deliberate or genuine mistake of the electoral commission of Ghana cause in the 2020 general election will serve as a lesson to them, unfortunately the EC keep repeating their selfish, political bias at the commission.
Ghana’s Electoral Commission is not only incompetent but a threat to our democracy.

It is only Ghana’s Electoral Commission that do not announce electoral results more than once but a percentage the world has not heard before.

The recent NPP presidential primaries expose the Electoral Commission of their supper incompetent in the discharge of their duty, that saw the director of electoral service of the Commission, Dr Serebuor Quaicoe announced a percentage of Ninety- one thousand (91,000),corrected it to Ninety- one point four seven (91.47%) and finally to sixty-one point four percent (61.4 %) for vice president Mahmud Bawumia PhD.

This clearly show that the Electoral Commission already had their results even before the voting started, a clear case in the 2020 general election where results was announce multiple times and quickly direct aggrieved persons to go to court, knowing very well they have another set of their partners in crime waiting.

It is on the bases of this, the President keeps making reckless statements of making sure they break the eight (8),you will break the ten (10), Mr President, the electoral confusion of Ghana, we have had enough of your recklessness and incompetence, we are very much ready and prepared for you, no one is going to court in 2024,you don’t own the country more than Ghanaians, and let me borrow the words of the President,” All Die Be Die”, we will March you boot for boot and make sure madam Jean Mensa’s deliberate fake results do not see the light of the day, Mr President you will eat your own words like what happen to you in Fomena where the second Deputy speaker was elected against your wish candidate.

The Electoral Commission of Ghana is acting as if they are living in an island or as if they are working with their own money, total disregard to the tax payers whose taxes are use to pay them as well fund their activities.
The EC is abusing the independence of the commission and we would not sit unconcern, the President has encourage us to be citizens and not spectators.
