I’ll win NPP’s flagbearer race with message on patriotism and honesty – Ken Agyapong

A New Patriotic Party flagbearer aspirant, Kennedy Agyapong says he will win the party’s November 4 primaries.

Addressing the media when he arrived in Takoradi ahead of his Showdown Walk on Saturday, Kennedy Agyapong urged his supporters to come out to vote no matter what happens on November 4.

He added that his message of patriotism, honesty, and discipline is what Ghana needs to rapidly develop.

“We need to be patriotic, honest, and disciplined to develop our country. People are not patriotic, we are greedy and selfish and don’t think about the welfare and the interest of the country at heart. Ghanaians think about themselves before the country and the moment you put yourself first, you defeat the purpose of development.”

“The level of dishonesty in this country is causing the economy to fail at all levels because foreigners have proven to us that we are not poor but because of dishonesty, we are not able to manage our resources and businesses and that is collapsing the country.”
