The Ndc Youth Wing Of Bono East Bemoans Government’s Reluctance In Paying The Month Of April Allowance Of Nss Personnel In The Region

The Leadership of the Bono East Regional Youth Wing of the National Democratic Congress is by this statement expressing our disappointment in government for its failure to pay the month of April allowances to National Service Personnel in the Bono East Region

It’s important to note that , all personnel in the country and in all regions have duly been paid their April Allowances with the exception of our dear personnel in Bono East Region which we see as a deliberate attempt to suffocate the personnel- a situation we consider unacceptable.

It is unreasonable and extremely callous to refuse National Service people their April allowances, which are valued GHC 559, given the current extreme hardship being inflicted on citizens by the Nana Addo-Bawumia Government.

It is without a doubt evident that the government’s deliberate behavior has had a severe impact on the innocent personnel in the area, aggravating their already dire conditions. transporting them to their various workplaces, feeding them, paying their utility costs (electricity and water), and more.

The Bono East Youth wing of the National Democratic Congress wants to express sympathy to our innocent service members during these difficult times in the area and to assure them that we would fight alongside them and on their behalf until the government pays them their April Allowances.
