The Bono Regional Youth Wing of the opposition National Democratic Congress, the NDC, is set to embark on a health walk exercise on Saturday, 15th April, 2023.
The health walk exercise is in collaboration with the Students’ wing of the NDC at the Sunyani Nursing and Midwifery Training College.
This walk will take place along the principal street of Sunyani, the Regional Capital of the Bono Region.
According to the organizers for this health walk program, all participants are to converge at the premises of the Sunyani Nursing and Midwifery Training College by 5:00am.
The Regional Youth Organizers, who welcomed this exercise indicated the need to collaborate with the students to embark on this important health walk in order to improve their physical strength for the task ahead.
”We need to have a healthier body to put ourselves in proper shape for all the elections related activities ahead of us and as the leaders of the Youth Wing of the NDC, there was the need to come onboard to support this exercise and to fully participate in it”.
The Regional Youth Wing therefore urged the other students’ wings at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, at the Sunyani Technical University as well as the one at the Catholic University to show up at the program in their numbers to support their colleagues at the Sunyani Nursing and Midwifery Training College to have a successful program.
