I chanced on a video making rounds on social media and a man purported to be Byran Achampong was making inflammatory remarks. He is heard in the video repeatedly said the NPP will not hand over power to any party except NPP. And indicated further that, the NPP was ready to retain power at all cost.
I watched the video a couple of times and one thing was clear from his demeanor and even the modulation of his voice; HE IS A COWARD. Only cowards of his kind make such pronouncements.
I do sincerely think that, he said those things on the influence of some hard substance. He sounded like someone who was so intoxicated that, he forgot to conduct himself well as a minister of state and member of parliament.
Indeed, I challenge him that, for so many years now, the people of Bawku have not known peace. They desperately need help to end the war and pave way for development. I’m wondering why Byran Achampong and his party who are so sure of their fire power and have consistently boasted of same would not employ same to help end the war in Bawku! Or perhaps the source of strength that he and his ilks have talked about were only trained to fight and rig elections? How can a minister of state sound so reckless?
Well, if Byran Acheampong care to know, no Ghanaian youth under this catastrophic economic conditions of Nana Addo and the hopeless Dr Mahmud Bawumia is prepared to sacrifice his life for greedy politicians like Byran Acheampong. Maybe He and his wife and children will form the army which he intends to use for the nefarious activities. Enough of the unguarded buffoonery!
For us in NDC and as was rightly articulated by our national organizer Hon Joseph Yamin, we are ready for anything! We are pretty sure that Ghanaians will vote massively for His Excellency John Dramani Mahama in 2024. The duty of protection of the will of Ghanaians against any form of circumvention rest on our shoulders. We shall not disappoint Ghanaians in that regard regardless what it will take to do that.
Byran must be advised to stop backing!!
