The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will on Monday, March 20 deliver what they describe as the True State of the Nation Address.
This usually runs counter to the State of the Nation Address (SONA) delivered by the President.
On Wednesday, March 8, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo delivered the 2023 SONA as per Article 67 of the 1992 Constitution.
The NDC address, under the auspices of the party’s National Communications Bureau, is expected to point out the factors that have led to an ailing economy under the Akufo-Addo-led government.
The programme will be held at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
