It is quite strange some Ghanaians seem to be gagging the whistle blower in the National Cathedral saga instead of Rev. Kusi Boateng.
According to the former Auditor General Mr. Domelevo, When you are fighting corruption, corruption fights you back. This seem to be what is currently happening in Ghana where a section of the public seem to be fighting Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa the whistle blower who is doing his oversight responsibility as a Member of Parliament.
The Member of Parliament for North Tongu is quintessential in his quest to expose and fight corruption. He demonstrated this in the private jet saga of president Nana Addo and currently on the National Cathedral which has raised alot of eyebrows.
Those trying to gag Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa seem not to know that the “Son of Man” has a tough skin to be raffled.
If the people of Ghana wants to fight corruption, we need to rally around the whistle blower and not to gag him because some few want to protect their interest and ill gotten wealth.
Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa deserves commendation and not crucifixion for his impeccable ways of exposing corruption in Ghana.
