The Electoral Commission (EC), Ghana has denied reports suggesting that it is embarking on a recruitment exercise.
Earlier reports on social media said the electoral management body is on a recruitment drive nationwide.
A statement issued by the Electoral Commission on Tuesday (17 January) advised the public to disregard the report.
“The attention of the Electoral Commission has been drawn to an advertisement circulating on various social media platforms to the effect that the commission is undertaking a recruitment exercise.
“The general public is informed that the commission is not carrying out any recruitment exercise,” the Jean Mensa-led commission said.
