The NDC Minority Chief Whip of Ghana’s and Member of Parliament for Asawase Constituency, Hon. Muntaka Mubarak has confirmed that he has no rig or personal conflict with his constituency chairman, Alhaji Faisal Dauda.
For the past weeks now, there have been series of press conferences by two groups who are all NDC party members as well as the chairman himself accusing the MP of causing division in the party.
The chairman also in his presser accused Hon. Muntaka of plotting to take his (chairman) life.
But at a presser today, the lawmaker has openly confirmed that he has formerly lodged a complain to the police over his chairman’s accusations for a further thorough investigations.
“For me, I don’t have any rig with my constituency chairman or any of my party or constituency members. So I wonder why they made that accusation and where it comes from”. The Asawase legislator said.
