NDC National Chairman Storms The Volta Region On Thursday, December 29, 2022

The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is scheduled to visit Anfoega in the North Dayi Constituency of the Volta Region on Thursday, December 29, 2022.

Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia will be attending a graduation ceremony for about eighty (80) beneficiaries of Hon. Joycelyn Tetteh’s Skills Development and Empowerment Programme.

The programme is dubbed: “Empowering our Women for a Better North Dayi”

The beneficiaries, drawn from different parts of the constituency, went through a successful two years of intensive apprenticeship in hair dressing.

The National Chairman, nicknamed the Chairman General, will also pay a courtesy call on the Paramount Chief of the Anfoega Traditional, Togbi Tepre Hodo IV, who also doubles as the President of the Volta Regional House of Chiefs.

The visit is the first to the Volta Region, after his election, at the just ended national delegates congress of the party on December 17, 2022.
