Latest reports following police preliminary investigations indicate that after the naked body of the late Krachie East Municipal Chief Executive(MCE) Francis Kofi Okesu was examined by medical personnel, spermatozoa was found on his thighs.
According to the medics, it is an indication that the MCE was engaged in some sexual act before his untimely death.
Francis Kofi Okesu’s lifeless body was found in a hotel room at Kentinkrono on September 4, 2022.
The MCE was said to have lodged in the hotel on Friday, September 2, 2022, to spend the weekend.
He is said to have come with his driver but the driver left to lodge in a different hotel leaving the vehicle behind.
On Saturday the MCE was seen with different people but on Sunday, he was not seen walking around the hotel premises so the staff of the hotel alerted the Police.
His room was forcibly opened and he was found lying in a supine position on his bed.
Police did not trace any foul play in his death. His body has since been deposited at the Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital for autopsy and preservation.
