General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress Johnson Asiedu Nketia insists the Chair of the Electoral Commission, Ghana (EC) once brought a spiritualist to “cast out demons” at an IPAC meeting.
He said they were all surprised by the move.
The claim has, however, been denied by the EC.
