The Problem Is Spiritual, Don’t Blame Akufo-Addo- Maurice Ampaw Boldly Tells Ghanaians

Maurice Ampaw has sent a rather interesting message to Ghanaians in the midst of the IMF brouhaha ongoing in the country since last Friday. On Ghana’s Republic Day, news broke that the country was struggling and as such going to seek assistance from the International Monetary Fund. Many communicators of the opposition political party have claimed they have been vindicated for earlier on calling on the government to seek help.

On Mmra Ne Abrabo Mu Nsem, Lawyer Ampaw called on Ghanaians to stop blaming President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Bawumia. He explained that the economic hardships ongoing are not as a result of mismanagement. He alluded that the problems are rather spiritual and there is no way the government can solve that problem on their own.

Maurice Ampaw averred that the Bible in several verses speaks about things that will happen in the end and this includes hardships. He called on Ghanaians to be calm as prophesy is being fulfilled. “Bible says things will be difficult in the end days. The issue isn’t about the IMF. Running to the IMF isn’t the solution. What is happening is based on prophecy. The battle is not about measures or IMF, but rather a fulfilment of scripture of what will happen. No government can solve the problems” Maurice Ampaw explained.
