Ndc Uk & ireland Chapter Womens Wing Statement To Commemorate 43rd Anniversary Of The June 4th Revolution

Out of a combination of corruption, bad governance, frustration among the general public the June 4th revolution came to existence. The NDC since it’s inception has always fought for and with the ordinary citizens of this nation and always stand for justice and equality hence our slogan, “unity”, “stability “ and “development ” for we are united to provide development and stability for this nation.

For years, the NDC has seen to the provision of massive development both infrastructure-wise and socially. The casual factors of the June 4th revolution are familiar in our current livelihood and even those who were yet to be born during the revolution, today, appreciate the significance of this event due to the current nature of hardship we are faced with in this country.

The women’s wing of the NDC UK/Ireland chapter would like to use this opportunity to remind the members of our party the spirit and intentions behind the June 4th revolution. It was a struggle for the soul of our nation.

It was a rescue mission from an insensitive government like we have now. This should compel each one of us to rise up and fight for our nation now! To stand up against oppressors rule and ignite the passion to fight for the common good.

This begins with working hard to annex victory in the 2024 election and put this country back on track.

From victory unto victory, the NDC shall lead a stable democratic Ghana!
