Bono Regional House of Chiefs, led by the President Dormaahene Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Dr. Agyemang Badu II yesterday paid a courtesy call on His Excellency President Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House in Accra, following last year’s Sunyani Deserves Better/Bono Deserves Better demonstration organised in Sunyani, ahead of the already announced date(25th May, 2022).
He thanked President Akufo-Addo for various developmental projects initiated by the government in Dormaa and Bono Region and called on His Excellency President Akufo-Addo to use his good office to facilitate work on Phase II of the Sunyani Airport immediately after inauguration on completion of Phase I.
Osagyefo Oseadeeyo also raised issues on the two Public Universities, University Of Energy And Natural Resources, Sunyani Technical University, New Sports Stadium for Sunyani, poor state of the Bono Regional Hospital and the need to raise it to the level of a Teaching Hospital, poor Roads in many parts of the region, general infrastructure deficit in the region, among others…
