The Member, of parliament for Jaman South Constituency, Hon. Williams Okofo-Dateh has donated two brand new sewing machines to support two young orphans.
The donation was made under the MP’s Agenda Standing by the People programme[ASPP].
The said people are ladies who lost their parents after completing Junior High School
After 3 years of training in sewing , Ama Lela (a native of Atuna) and Ankamaa Fatima Faati who hails from Baano have no sewing machines to enable them work for a living.
Their proposals reached
the office of the MP for Jaman South and God being so good, their prayers have been answered.
On behalf of the MP, a five-member team led by his Spokesperson donated the materials to the beneficiaries.
So far, a total of 45 sewing machines have been donated to some individuals under the MP’s ASPP programme
