Relieve all NaBCo beneficiaries from post – Minister directs all registrars

A leaked letter from the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs has directed all registrars to relieve all the trainees of their current duties and allow them to exit from the service.

In a letter sighted by Masemtvgh.com and dated on January 21, 2022, the director of the Human Resource Management, Mrs Dedaa Wiredu Agyei, on behalf of the sector Minister, signed the letter in response to the subject ‘retention and exit of NaBCo trainees under placement in your organization’.

The Ministry expressed regret about the continous stay of office by some NaBCo trainees when their ‘contract’ has ended since October 2021.

”This is to kindly remind you that, the NaBCo program ended at the end of October 2021. Unfortunately, the information reaching the Hon. Minister currently indicates that some Trainees are still at post” the letter stated.

The letter further urged all registrars to ensure that all NaBCo trainees exit their current duty with immediate effect.

”You are kindly requested to relieve all the Trainees of their current duties and allow them exit from the service” the ministry instructed.

The letter, which was copied to the Hon Minister, the Chief Director and distributed to all registrars expressed optimism and counted on them for their cooperation in this matter.
