Yesterday, I was accompanied by constituency executives to commission a borehole I constructed for the Kantankani Community. These people have been facing water crisis over decades and today, I am excited to see them get access to potable water – essential ingredient for a sustainable and healthy life.

After this ceremony, I proceeded to cut sod for the construction of a 3-unit classroom block at Dimango, a village in the Nkoranza South Constituency. I charged workers on site to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe to allow children use the facility since this would be the only school block after the old structure was demolished by heavy storm.

From Dimango community, I moved along with the Constituency executives to Aboasu community. At Aboasu, sod was cut for the construction of a befitting CHIPS Compound to serve the health needs of the people of Aboasu and the surrounding communities better.

We ended the day at Wagadugu. Again, a sod was cut for the construction of a 3-unit classroom block with ancillary facility.

In the centre of our movement stands the idea of providing quality leadership to our people, guided by the principle of accountability, even distribution of resources and creating equal opportunities for all (especially the poor and the marginalized).

I go by the above principle and will work to ensure that the people of Nkoranza South benefit from the sacrifices they made on December 7, 2020 that ushered me as the Member of Parliament for the Constituency.

Thank you
