Hon Justina Owusu Banahene, the Bono Regional Minister has exhorted all BECE candidates to work hard so that their parents and teachers will have no cause to regret investing in them.
She gave the advice at the various Examination Centers where she interacted with students before their exams this morning.
At Twene Amanfo Senior High and Technical School where the Honourable Minister joined the candidates in prayers before the first paper, she advised the candidates to eschew all forms of fear, go into the examination with confidence so that they make their parents proud.

We’re patiently waiting to hand over the baton of leadership to you and the only assurance we need from you is to pass your exams and pass well, the Minister told the students.
She offered similar pieces of advice and words of encouragement at Sunyani Senior High School where she had similar engagements with the candidates.

The Honourable Minister, a former teacher, who is proud to forever remain a teacher, was able to carry the students along with her excellent methods of motivation as the students responded with loud applause and shouts of Amen throughout the few minutes she spent with them.

She finally, on behalf of the President, their parents and teachers and on her own behalf, wished all the candidates the best of luck and advised them to observe all the COVID 19 safety protocols.
